To give you peace of mind while you are away from your home. We will tailor a plan specific to your needs and the requirements of your home insurance. Our goal is to provide you with professional, discrete and reliable home watch services.
How often will you check our home?
As often as you would like or as mandated by your insurance company.
Are there any home insurance requirements I need to look into?
Yes! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR HOME INSURANCE COVERAGE: There may be defined criteria in your policy that will qualify you for coverage to ensure your home is protected when you are away and to ensure your home insurance policy is valid in case of an unforeseen event while you are away. It is your responsibility to engage your home watch provider for the visit frequency that meets the rules of your insurer. Your neighbor or family members do not always qualify as proof your home was physically inspected as needed while you were away.
How do we know our personal information is kept safe?
We take the utmost care to protect the safety and security of your personal information, house and keys. All personal information is stored separately from your keys and security information.
What do you do if you find something wrong at our home?
Our first contact would be with you, the homeowner, either by phone or e-mail. If you are unavailable, we will contact your alternate contact listed on your Emergency Contact Information Form. If the situation is an emergency such as a home intrusion or vandalism, we will contact the police immediately. We will also take pictures of any damages and forward them to you.
Can you be available to meet contractors or deliveries to our home?
Yes, this can be arranged with your authorization.
We will arrive home late and will need groceries. Can you pick up a few things?
Yes, just give us your order and we will deliver your groceries.
How do we pay?
Invoices are sent out at the beginning of the month for any visits completed the previous month. Payment can be made by e-transfer, cash or cheque.
What areas do you cover?
We are currently accepting clients in and around St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, Port Dalhousie, Thorold, Fonthill and Pelham. Areas outside of these can be discussed depending on your location.
Will I need to sign a contract?
Yes, our contract outlines the services we will provide, cost, frequency of visits, emergency contacts, service contractors, etc. and provides an opportunity for you to ask questions and provide any other pertinent information not yet discussed.
